摘　　要：介绍了田庄选煤厂在煤质化验人员的教育和业务培训工作中所做的有益探索和实践,主要包括确立培训原则、培训内容和形式,采用科学合理的培训方式和方法,建立培训档案及加强培训人员的管理工作等内容。This paper introduced the good practice in the process of educating and training coal analyzer in Tianzhuang Coal Preparation Plant.The practices included the construction of training principle and forms,the establishment of training documents,the scientific and rational training method,the strengthening of management of training staff,and so on.
