摘　　要：针对杏花煤矿选煤厂煤泥压滤系统存在的问题,经改造采用了KZG-250/1600U型快开压滤机对煤泥进行回收,解决了煤泥水处理能力不足及制约原煤生产能力的问题,保证了洗煤的正常生产,实现了洗水闭路循环,并取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。According to the problems of coal slime filter press system in Xinghua Coal Preparation Plant,the KZG-250/1600U quick-operating pressure filter was applied to recycling coal slime after reformation.The problems,such as the lack of coal slurry processing capacity and the restriction of raw coal production capacity,was solved.Thus,the normal production of washing coal was ensured,the closed water circuit was realized,and the significant economic benefit and social benefit was achieved.
