摘 要:破碎地层取芯困难一直是钻探工作者面临的一个技术难题,对于深孔地质勘探而言,提高取芯质量,意义尤为重大。针对传统的S-75绳索取芯钻具在破碎地层取芯效果不理想的情况,项目组对传统的S-75绳索取芯钻具的取芯机构进行了改进设计。论文阐述了改进设计后的绳索强制取芯钻具的结构和工作原理,同时对绳索强制取芯钻具的室内外试验情况进行了详细介绍。研究结果表明,改进后的绳索取芯钻具工作可靠,能显著提高破碎地层的取芯质量。It is a technical difficulty that coring in broken stratum faced by driller,and to improve core quality is especially important to the geological exploration in deep holes.In order to solve the problem that the coring results from the traditional S-75 wire-line drill tools are not satisfactory in broken stratum,some improvements on the core components of the traditional S-75 wire-line drill tools are made.The structure and work principle of the wire-line forced drilling tools that are improved are introduced,and the indoor and field tests with wire-line forced drilling tools are described in detail.The study indicates that the performance of the improved wire-line drilling tools is reliable,which can significantly improve the coring quality in broken stratum.
