摘　　要：本文对PDC、PCBN等金刚石超硬材料的性能特点进行了分析，根据PDC、PCBN的合成机理、物理特性，针对加工材料的不同性能，研究了系列刀具的制作工艺、应用领域及使用注意事项，并指出PDC（聚晶金刚石复合片）及PCBN（聚晶立方氮化硼复合片）超硬刀具在多种材料加工领域，特别是硅铝合金、铜合金、镁合金、硬质合金、玻璃、陶瓷、石墨、木材及木制品等材料加工中必将起到越来越广泛的重要作用。The paper analyzes the performance and characteristics of PDC and PCBN super - hard materials, studies the manufacturing process and the applied fields for a series of cutting tools based on the synthetic mechanism and physical property of PDC and PCBN and the different performances of processed materials, and indicates that PDC and PCBN cutting tools will play more and more important role in various kinds of processed materil fields, specially silicon - aluminum alloy, copper alloy, magnesium alloy, cemented carbide, glass, ceramic, graphite, wood and wooden products.
