摘　　要：在中国,自1993年以来,原油的对外依存度问题就成为了绕不过、解不清的沉重话题。尤其是随着中东、北非的战乱和世界油价的高位波动,人们的神经被我国过高的原油对外依存度紧紧地牵动着。根据国家统计局工业统计快报显示,2011年1-6月,全国原油生产1.03亿吨,In China,since 1993,the interdependency of foreign oil becomes an essential problem.Our feeling moves along with the wave of global oil price for the interdependency.According to the State Statistics Bureau data,from January to June,the whole crude output is 103 million tons with 4.6% growth rate.For the General Administration of Customs data,oil import is 126 million tons with 7.0% growth rate.Because that import is larger than product,the oil interdependency is 55.4%.In addition that our oil consumption increasing rate is 10.5%,which is larger than GDP.The so-called oil interdependency is a foreign oil interdependency degree for a country.It is in fact a national energy safety problem.Generally speaking,the larger foreign interdependency degree is,the bigger safety risk is.Focusing on foreign oil interdependency degree,relevance departments and experts give their ideas and methods.Facing the increasing rate,NDRC and MIIT provide their data,compared with USA.It is paid attention by both inside and outside the industry.When the degree poses dangers for our energy safety,we must find a way to reduce the degree and ensure the national energy safety.
