盐酸曲美他嗪治疗稳定型心绞痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察盐酸曲美他嗪治疗稳定型心绞痛的疗效.方法 109例稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为两组：治疗组58例,予口服盐酸曲美他嗪20 mg,3次/d,联合倍他乐克、肠溶阿司匹林片、长效硝酸脂类、辛伐他汀等治疗;对照组51例,予口服倍他乐克、肠溶阿司匹林片、长效硝酸脂类、辛伐他汀等治疗,12周为1个疗程.观察两组治疗前、后心绞痛发作情况,血压、心率、心电图的变化.结果 治疗组与对照组患者心绞痛发作均减少,心电图得到改善,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 盐酸曲美他嗪联合其他药物治疗稳定型心绞痛疗效显著.Objective To observe the effect of trimetazidine hydrochloride in the treatment of stable angina pectoris. Methods One hundred and nine eases with stable angina pectoris were random]y divided into two groups, the treatment group （58 patients） was treated with trimetazidine hydroehloride 20 rag, third one day, combined with betaloc, enteric conted aspirin, lsosorbide mononitrate, simvastatiom, et al; the observation group （51 patients） was treated with betaloc, enteric eonted aspirin, lsosorbide mononitrate, simvastatiom, et al; and the course of treatment was 12 week. Before and after treatment to observe the two groups angina peetoris attack condition, and the change of BP, HR, electrocardiogram. Results The angina pectoris attack of the treatment group and the observation group patients all reduced, the electrocardiogram improved, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of trimetazidine hydrochloride combined with other drugs in the treatment of stable angina peetoris were notable.
