护理标识在神经外科重症监护室中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨护理标识在神经外科重症监护室中的应用效果。方法本院神经外科重症监护室于2009年1-12月采用护理人员标识、病人身份标识、血型标识、管道标识、药物标识、提示标识应用于护理实践中。实施后1年内了解护理工作差错发生率及病人满意度。结果应用护理标识1年中发生护理差错2次,占0.2%,病人对护理工作满意度为98.5%。结论护理标识在神经外科重症监护室中应用,增强护士风险意识,提高护士工作的有序性及警惕性,减少了差错、意外事件的发生,提高了护理质量。Objective To study the role of nursing signs in neurosurgical intensive care unit. Methods Since January to December 2009,the nurses′ signs,identity signs of patients,blood type sign,tube labeling and drug signs,and signs for notice were put into practice. After practice for one year,the mistake rate and patient′s satisfaction rate were compared between pre-and post-use of nursing signs system. Results During the year for use of the sign system,two mistakes happened,accounting for 0.2% and the patient′s satisfaction rate was 98.5%. Conclusion The application of the sign system may enhance risk awareness of nurses and reduce the incidences of nursing errors and accidents.
