子宫切口憩室切除修补术病人的护理

摘　　要：目的总结子宫切口憩室病人实施憩室切除修补术前后的护理要点。方法给予6例子宫切口憩室病人行子宫切口憩室切除修补术,并配合做好护理工作。结果 6例病人全部康复出院,无发生术后并发症。结论充分的术前准备和术后严密观察病情变化、预防并发症及做好健康指导,对病人实施子宫切口憩室切除修补术治疗成功起重要作用。Objective To summarize the main points of preoperative/postoperative care of the patients with diverticulum excision repair. Methods 6 patients with uterine incision diverticulosis received excision repair of uterine incision diverticulum. The cooperative nursing care was conducted. Result All 6 patients went recovered and discharged without postoperative complications. Conclusion In the resection and repair of the uterine incision diverticulum,adequate preoperative preparation,postoperative close observation and good health guidance are important for the rehabilitation of patients undergoing diverticulum excision repair.
