改良吸痰连接管消毒方法的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨改良吸痰连接管消毒方法的效果。方法对40例需吸痰患者吸痰连接管(各20份样本)分别采用传统消毒法与改良消毒法。比较两种消毒方法细菌培养结果。结果两种消毒方法吸痰连接管消毒后第1-7d细菌培养均未见细菌生长。结论改良吸痰连接管消毒方法消毒效果好,其能有效预防医院感染,而且取材方便,操作简单,节约患者住院成本,优化了护理操作流程。Objective To investigate the effect of disinfecting the improved suction connecting tubes. Methods 40 suction connecting tubes used in 40 patients were divided equally into two groups：they were disinfected by conventional disinfection method and improved disinfection method,respectively. The bacterial culture results by the two disinfection methods were compared between the two groups. Results The bacterial culture showed no bacterial growth in the suction connecting pipes of the two groups from 1st day to 7th day. Conclusions The improved disinfection method is effective for the disinfections of suction connecting pipes. It can prevent hospital infection effectively. It is easy to operate and costs less.
