摘  要:针对小井眼水力压耗研究存在的问题,根据普通钻井水力学理论,提出一种计算小井眼水力压耗的新方法,并推导出可供现场钻井技术人员直接应用的简易计算公式。指出了小井眼钻井水力学问题仍然属于传统流体力学范畴,导致小井眼水力压耗偏高的主导因素依次是钻杆本体内部沿程压耗、钻杆本体外部沿程压耗和接头外部局部水头损失。应用新疆3口套管段铣井对推导出的公式进行计算验证,结果表明计算结果误差全部在工程应用许可之内。In light of the problem existing in the research on slim-hole hydraulic pressure loss, a new method to calculate slim-hole hydraulic pressure loss was formulated according to the general drilling hydraulic theory and a simple calculation formula tbr field drilling technicians to use directly was derived. It is pointed out that the hydraulic problem in slim-hole drilling still falls into the scope of traditional fluid dynamics. The major reasons for relatively high hydraulic pressure loss in slim holes are in turn the on-way pressure loss within the bulk of the drill pipe, the on-way pressure loss outside the bulk of the drill pipe and the local water head loss outside the joint. The three casing section milling wells in Xinjiang were used to calculate and verify the formula derived.The result shows that the errors of the calculation are all within the permission of engineering application.
