摘　　要：目的探讨MCuⅡ功能性宫内节育器(intrauterine contraceptive device,IUD)的临床使用效果。方法随机放置MCuⅡIUD、MCu IUD各100例,置器后第1、3、6、12个月随访,填写统一记录。结果观察12个月两组累计带器妊娠率分别为0、1.0%;累计脱落率均为0;医疗原因(出血和疼痛)取出率分别为3.0%、2.0%。不良反应发生率随放置时间延长而减少,12个月随访时分别为3.2%、3.3%。结论两种IUD带器妊娠率、脱落率、不良反应发生率均低,取出更容易,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effects of MCu II functional intrauterine contraceptive device （MCu Ⅱ IUD）. Methods MCu Ⅱ IUD and MCu IUD were randomly inserted for 100 cases respectively. Following - up in the first, third, sixth and twelfth months after insertion and the data filled out according to unified records. Results The accumulative pregnancy rates was 0 and 1.00% respectively observing for full 12 months. Both accumulative expulsion rates were O. Accumulative removal rates due to medical reasons （bleeding and pain） was 3.00% and 2.00% respectively. Occurrence rates of chief complain （ side effects） which decrease as the insertion time increase were only 3.2% and 3.3% in follow - up visits on the twelfth - month. Conclusion Both MCuⅡ IUD and MCu IUD have low pregnancy rates, expulsion rates and side - effect occurrence rates. MCu ⅡIUD has more reasonable copper surface area and is easier to remove so that it deserves promotion.
