摘 要:结合农村民居大量采用多孔砖砌体的现状,对高性能水泥复合砂浆钢筋网薄层(HPFL)加固多孔砖砌体进行了试验研究。为了解HPFL加固多孔砖砌体的受力机理、破坏形态和加固效果,考虑砌筑砂浆强度、纵横钢筋网间距等参数,制作了3组对比试件和5组加固试件进行轴压试验。试验结果表明,HPFL加固层与原多孔砖砌体能较好地协同工作,加固后试件的抗压承载力得到了提高,提高幅度达147.90%-289.67%;多孔砖砌体的延性性质得到明显提高,脆性性质得到明显的改善。通过试验结果的对比,结合理论分析和试验数据拟合,提出了HPFL加固多孔砖砌体抗压承载力计算公式,可供工程加固设计时参考。In view of the situation that rural dwellings have widely adopted perforated brick masonry,a method,which used high-performance ferrocement laminate(HPFL) to strengthen perforated brick masonry,was studied.In order to investigate the capacity mechanism,failure mode and bearing capacity elevated degree of perforated brick masonry strengthened by HPFL,three reference specimens and five strengthened specimens were made for the axial compression tests,with the consideration of the strength of masonry mortar and spacing of vertical and horizontal rebars.The experiment results showed that HPFL can be able to cooperate with original masonry,the ultimate capacity is greatly improved by 147.9%~289.67% and the ductility and brittle nature of the masonry are obviously improved.By comparing the experiment results and based on theoretical analysis and the experiment data fitting,a calculation method was proposed for predicting the ultimate strength of perforated brick masonry strengthened by HPFL,which could be reference for the strengthening engineering design.
