摘 要:采用人工合成的多孔高分子颗粒作为微生物载体,利用内循环好氧生物流化床对不同工段的糖业废水进行连续处理。结果表明,反应器能很好降解各工段废水,CODCr平均去除率达到85%以上,当水样BOD/CODCr(B/C)值高于0.5时,出水CODCr达到80 mg/L以下,在水样B/C值为0.4时,出水CODCr能稳定在110 mg/L左右;反应器表现出较好的生物脱氮能力,其中氨氮去除率达到80%左右。同时,对反应器的抗冲击负荷能力和停留时间分布进行了实验,结果分析表明,反应器对进水CODCr负荷冲击有良好的适应性,这一良好的抗负荷冲击能力一方面源自生物膜的固定化,另一方面在于反应器内混合充分,传质效率提高且液相稀释扩散作用显著。The biodegradation of wastewater from sugar industry in a three phase biological fluidized reactor was investigated.The reactor was continuously fed with wastewaters from different workshop sections.The results demonstrated that the average COD Cr removal efficiency was above 85%.When the BOD/CODCr(B/C) of the wastewater is above 0.5,the effluent CODCr is below 80 mg/L and when the B/C is 0.4,COD Cr in effluent is steadily around 110 mg/L.The performance of biodegradation of nitrogen was proved to be effective and the reduction rate of NH3-N is around 80%.Meanwhile,the resistance capability of the reactor to impact load and the RTD of the reactor were investigated through experiments.Based on the analysis of the results,the reactor was resisted well with the impact variance of the CODCr load in the influent.The capability of resistance to impact load comes from,on one side,the immobilization of biofilms,for another,the dilution effect of liquid due to the sufficient mixing extent in the reactor.
