摘 要:为了提高产率、降低成本,采用反歧化法制备了催化剂氯化亚铜,又以氟化铵为助催化剂进行直接催化硅粉和乙醇反应制备三乙氧基硅烷。采用XRD、XRF和SEM对催化剂进行了表征。用正交实验方法探索了不同的工艺条件对硅粉转化率、产物选择性和产物收率的影响。正交实验结果表明,各因素对产物收率影响由大至小的顺序为:主催化剂占硅粉质量比例、反应温度、乙醇加入速度、助催化剂占硅粉质量比例、硅粉占溶剂质量比例。在优化后的工艺条件下,三乙氧基硅烷产物收率最高达到86.35%。To improve product yield and reduce industrial cost,triethoxysilane was directly synthesized from silicon and ethanol using copper(I) chloride prepared by inverse disproportionation as primary catalyst and ammonium fluoride as cocatalyst.The catalysts was characterized by X-ray diffractomer(XRD),X-ray fluorescence Spectrometer(XRF),scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Orthogonal experiment was used to explore the influences of some factors on the silicon conversion,triethoxysilane selectivity and yield.It was found that the effect order of factors on the triethoxysilane yield is mass ratio of primary catalysts in silicon,reaction temperature,dropping speed of ethanol,mass ratio of cocatalysts in silicon,mass ratio of silicon in solvent.Under the optimized conditions,the triethoxysilane yield could reach 86.35%.
