摘  要:使用二苯甲烷二胺型苯并噁嗪(B)、环氧树脂F-51、咪唑制备了一种三元共混树脂体系(BFM),采用非等温DSC测试方法,基于Kissinger,Ozawa,Friedman,Flynn-Wall-Ozawa等理论模型对BFM的固化动力学进行了分析研究。结果表明,体系中主要存在两种反应,计算得到两者的表观活化能分别为85.05、37.3 kJ/mol,反应级数分别为0.8、1.6。以此得出了相应的动力学方程。此外,基于得到的动力学参数,结合体系固化反应特点,提出了一种预测固化时间的方法,从而确定了固化工艺。A ternary blend resin(BFM) was prepared by diaminodiphenylmethane-based-benzoxazine(B),epoxy F-51 and imidazole.The curing kinetics of BFM resin was investigated by non-isothermal differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) according to Kissinger,Ozawa,Friedman and Flynn-Wall-Ozawa methods.There were two strong exothermal peaks in the DSC thermograms of BFM resin,which were corresponding to two kinds of curing reactions with the apparent activation energy of 85.05 kJ/mol and 137.3 kJ/mol,respectively.The reaction orders of the two kinds of reaction were 0.8 and 1.6,respectively.Furthermore,the curing process of BFM resin was established from a method proposed to determine the curing time,based on its curing reaction and kinetic parameters.
