摘　　要：国内对于预印本系统的研究已不在少数,但论述的模式基本固定,大都是从经济机制、服务对象、系统功能、资源组织和质量控制等几个方面进行分析,本文则是用一种全新的逻辑思路组织文章结构,重点对Arxiv和国内预印本系统的投入与利用情况、资源数量和作者的分布进行研究,从而从侧面反映出系统的发展现状及存在的问题,并提出相应的建议,以期对国内预印本系统的发展有所裨益。There are already many researches on the preprint system in China, but the discussions mostly use the settled pattern which analyzes problems from several aspects of economic mechanism, service objects, system functions, resource organization, and quality control, etc. This paper uses a totally new logical thinking to organize the paper structure focusing on the investment and utilization, resources quantities and authors distribution of Arxiv and domestic preprint system, reflects the current situation of and existing problems in the system, and proposes some corresponding advices hoping that the conclusions from this paper can benefit the development of domestic preprint system.
