摘　　要：介绍了USPTO、esp@cenet、IPDL3个网上免费专利数据库的主要内容,并从收录范围、检索性能及其在专利检索中的应用3个方面对这3个数据库进行了比较分析。This paper introduces the main contents of three online free patent databases of USPTO, esp@cenet and IPDL, and from three aspects of patent coverage, retrieval performance and their application in patent retrieval, makes comparative analysis on the three databases.
