摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童慢性化脓性鼻窦炎围手术期的护理方法。方法:对60例患儿行内窥镜鼻窦手术,并给予精心围手术期护理。结果:随访1年以上,患儿无复发,治疗效果好。结论:优质的围手术期护理,是直接关系到手术的治愈率和控制鼻息肉复发的重要环节。Objective ：To study the perioperative nursing method to children chronic purulent sinusitis. Methods ：60 children cases undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery were performed careful perioperative nursing care. Results ：The children cases were followed up for more than 1 year,without recurrence,showing better treatment effect. Concluslon：Advanced,superior and successful surgery coupled with high-quality perioperative nursing care is an important link directly related to the surgical cure rate and controlling the recurrence of nasal polyps.
