摘  要:四川盆地东北部元坝气田具有高温、高压、高含H2S特性,储层埋藏深且非均质性强,由此带来了测试工艺复杂、储层改造困难、井控安全风险大等困难。在元坝超深高含硫气井测试实践中,逐步形成了材质优化选择、一体化管柱多功能APR测试、多级压力控制、测试制度优化、快速返排、井控工艺、堵漏压井工艺、地面流程安全控制技术及海相储层改造工艺技术,从而满足了元坝气田"三高"气井试气的需要。现场应用结果表明,已施工完的16口井55层,获得工业气流14口井23层,未发生一起安全事故,有效保障了元坝气田勘探的顺利进行,取得了安全、优快、环保的工作效果和重大社会经济效益。The Yuanba Gas Field in the northeasern Sichuan Basin is featured by high temperature,high pressure,high contents of H2S,great burial depths,and strong heterogeneity of reservoirs,resulting in difficulties in well testing & reservoir stimulation and risks in well safety.In view of this,we developed a series of technologies adaptable for well testing and reservoir stimulation in this field,including the optimization and selection of tubular goods,the multifunctional integrated tubular string adopting annulus pressure responsive(APR) testing tools,multi-level pressure control,test system optimization,rapid flowback,well control,well plugging,well killing,surface safety control,and acid fracturing treatment.Field application shows that among the drilled and completed 16 wells targeting pay zones(55 in a total number of beds),14 wells targeting pay zones(23 in a total number of beds) obtained commercial gas flows with no accidents.
