国内诺如病毒胃肠炎暴发流行特征分析

摘　　要：目的研究诺如病毒胃肠炎暴发在国内的流行现状。方法运用系统综述的方法在生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库、维普资讯数据库、CNKI数据库和PubMed数据库中检索关于国内诺如病毒胃肠炎暴发的文献。结果从地点分布来看,诺如病毒胃肠炎暴发主要集中在学校和农村,其次是医院、监狱、社区和公司;从时间分布来说,2004-2009年的数据显示,诺如病毒胃肠炎暴发每月均有发生,但主要集中在1-3月份和11-12月份两个阶段;从人群分布来看,诺如病毒胃肠炎暴发主要发生在中、小学生和青壮年人群。结论诺如病毒胃肠炎主要暴发于学校和农村,以中、小学生和青壮年人群为主,而且每月都有发生,时间主要集中在11月份至次年3月份,这些可能与卫生条件落后、地域广、跨越纬度多有关系。OBJECTIVE To analyze characteristics of the outbreaks of norovirus（NoV） gastroenteritis in mainland.METHODS Systematic review method was used to retrieve literatures about NoV associated outbreaks in Cbmdisc DATA,WANFANG DATA,Vip DATA,CNKI DATA and PubMed DATA.RESULTS From the spatial distribution,NoV gastroenteritis outbreaks occurred mostly in school and rural area,and then in hospital and jail,community,company;From the time distribution,five years′ data showed outbreaks occurred every month,but most at the period of Jan to Mar and Nov to Dec;from the people distribution,primary and secondary students and young adults were more susceptible.CONCLUSION The characteristics of outbreaks of NoV gastroenteritis occurring in mainland are that outbreaks occurred mostly in school and rural area,and vulnerable people is primary and secondary students and young adults;the outbreak occurs every month,but most from Nov to Mar of next year,which my be associated with poor hygiene（especially in rural area）,wide territory and across more latitudes.
