贵州省22所医院血液透析室水处理系统监测情况的调查

摘　　要：目的了解贵州省医疗机构血液透析室水处理系统监测情况。方法设置调查表,对贵州省医疗机构血液透析室水处理系统监测情况进行调查。结果共有22所医院参加完成了调查,其中9所医院每日对水处理系统进行保养,占40.91%,部分医院未定期对水处理系统进行保养;19所医院每月对透析液做细菌学培养检测,占86.36%,16所医院每季度对透析用水做内毒素检测,占72.73%,部分医院透析用水及透析液未按照相关规定进行定期监测。结论透析用水的质量是透析安全和医疗质量的重要保障,部分医院的血液透析室水处理系统监测不规范,必须规范对水处理系统的质量控制,进一步规范血液透析室管理,以保证患者血液透析安全。OBJECTIVE To understand the situation of water treatment systems for hemodialysis department in GuiZhou province.METHODS Surveys were made by means of questionnaires on the situation of water treatment systems for hemodialysis department in GuiZhou province.RESULTS 22 hospitals were included in the surveys.9 hospitals maintenance of the water purification system everyday,parts of hospitals maintenance of the water purification system irregularly,bacteriological surveillance of dialysate were monitored each month in 19 hospitals,esotoxin surveillance of dialysis water was monitored each quarter in 16 hospitals,parts of hospitals′ dialysis water and dialysate weren＇t monitored regularly according to some define.CONCLUSION The quality of the water for hemodialysis is an important guarantee of medical security and quality control.The science has reached an important stage of benign development in our province,however,the bulk of hospitals had not adequate monitored the function of water treatment systems for hemodialysis department,we must set up standardized training,strengthen of management in order to promote the development of the hemodialysis department management to be more perfect.
