摘 要:目的验证酸性氧化电位水对临床分离多药耐药菌的消毒效果。方法参照《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)相关试验方法,使用酸性氧化电位水对多药耐药的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)和多药耐药鲍氏不动杆菌(MDRAB)进行悬液定量杀灭试验和对医疗器械的消毒模拟现场试验。结果悬液定量杀灭试验作用时间为分别为1、2、3min,试验重复3次,各次各作用时间的杀灭对数值均>5.00,消毒合格;在模拟现场试验中,作用时间为2min,阳性对照组均有菌生长,活菌培养计数达到规定数量,阴性对照均无菌生长,对试验组30份样本上人工污染的MRSA和MRDAB的杀灭对数值均>5.00,消毒合格。结论酸性氧化电位水对临床分离的MRSA和MRDAB消毒效果良好。OBJECTIVE To confirm disinfection effect of acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water against multidrug-resistant organism isolated from patients.METHODS According to relevant test methods of Disinfection technical specifications(2002 edition).Electrolyzed oxidizing water(AEOW) was used to do the killing quantitative suspension test and simulation for the disinfection of medical equipment field test against multi-drug resistant methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) and multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii(MDRAB).RESULTS In the test,MRSA and MDRAB were killed by AEOW and the action time was 1 min,2 min,3 min.The experiments were repeated three times and each time the killing logarithm was 5.00,disinfection qualified.In the simulated field test,the action time was 2min.The positive control group had bacterial growth,the required number of viable culture counts,the growth of negative control were no bacterial.The killing logarithm of the experimental group of 30 samples MRSA and MDRAB was 5.00,disinfection qualified.CONCLUSION The disinfection effect of AEOW against MDRAB and MRSA isolated from patients is acceptable.
