摘　　要：目的实现感染预防控制专职人员与临床医师就感染预警病例的及时、有效地沟通与干预。方法利用医院感染实时监控系统(RT-NIIS)和医院信息管理系统(HIS)的医师工作站,建立专职人员与临床医师的交互平台。结果交互平台的建立,使专职人员实时将医院感染病例推送给临床医师;使专职人员能够及时与临床医师沟通,了解和判断疑难病例的感染情况,提高了系统的病例诊断灵敏度与准确性;将有针对性的标准作业程序(SOP)及时推送给医师进行干预,强化了过程监控,实现了感染预防控制的"关口前移";同时,反馈评价系统记录临床医师的感染病例上报,干预措施执行情况,促使医师积极参与到感染预防控制工作中来。结论交互平台方便了专职人员与临床医师的沟通和交流,完善了"感染实时监控系统"的干预功能,实现了实时监测、实时沟通、实时干预与反馈,提高感染控制效率,创建了国内医院感染预防控制新的工作模式。OBJECTIVE To achieve a timely and effective communication and intervention between the professional personnel and the clinical clinicians for the prewarning for nosocomial infection cases.METHODS We established the interactive platform on account of RT-NIIS and HIS.RESULTS By using the interactive platform,the infectious full-time personnel could push the infectious case to the clinician.They communicated about the case′s condition in time,and raised the sensitivity and exaction of diagnosis by the RT-NIIS.Meanwhile the personnel could push the specific standard operating procedure（SOP） to the clinician in order to implement the prevention and controlling the nosocomial infections.This was the real ＂check-point antedisplacement＂.All these processes were recorded by the feedback evaluation module.CONCLUSION The interactive platform consummate the intervention function of the RT-NIIS,and raise the efficiency of the infection control.This can be called a kind of new work-mode.
