摘　　要：目的进一步强化医院感染控制管理,实现医院感染预防和控制工作持续改进。方法整理和总结医院感染管理工作中的做法和体会,对问题进行分析和提出措施。结果通过对医院感染管理的重视和各方面的投入,使制度不断完善与规范,医院感染质量得到提升。结论应用科学的管理手段,提高全员医院感染控制意识,注重质量持续改进内涵建设,有效促进医院感染管理水平。OBJECTIVE To further strengthen the management of controlling hospital infection,and improve work of preventing and controlling hospital infection.METHODS Through summarizing experiences of hospital infection control,problem was analyzed and measures were proposed.RESULTS Through focusing on hospital infection management,the system was continuously improved and standardized,so that the quality of hospital infection was enhanced.CONCLUSION Scientific management methods are applied to improve the awareness about hospital infection control of medical staff,focus on continuous improvement of quality connotation construction and effectively promote hospital infection management.
