农村卫生院医院感染管理现状及对策

摘　　要：目的探讨农村卫生院医院感染管理现状,为有效加强农村卫生院感染管理提供科学依据和应对措施。方法根据《医院感染管理方法》、《消毒技术规范》以及医院感染管理相关规定和行业标准制定调查表,进行现场调查和查阅资料,将调查结果进行统计学分析。结果经过对44所农村卫生院进行调查评比,优秀占4.55%、合格占50.00%、不合格占45.45%,缺乏培训、观念陈旧、监测不规范、监管不到位是不合格的主要原因。结论加强农村卫生院医院感染管理迫在眉睫,卫生行政部门应针对农村卫生院制定医院感染管理考核标准,加强培训,加大监管力度,提高医院感染管理水平。OBJECTIVE To investigate the actual state of hospital infection management in order to supply accordance and countermeasures for effectively strengthening hospital infection management.METHODS According to Hospital infection management way,＂Sterilizing technical specification＂,the ＂Industry Standard and relevant provisions of the hospital infection management＂,we designed questionare and made site investigation and accessed information,then statistics analysis of the findings was performed.RESULTS Among the forty-four the rural area health center,the outstanding was 4.55%,the qualified was 50.00%,the unqualified was 45.45%.The main reasons for unqualified included the lack of training idea,outmoded,non-standard monitoring,and poor supervision.CONCLUSION To strength hospital infection management is extremely urgent.Health administrative department should make hospital infection management standard,strength training and supervision,then we can improve the hospital infection management level.
