摘　　要：目的调查医院消毒供应中心(CSSD)管理现状,为加强CSSD管理提出整改对策。方法按照医院CSSD行业标准,设计调查表对全省CSSD管理现状进行调查分析,加强培训和监管,推进CSSD验收工作。结果共调查120所医院,集中管理模式的医院7所,49%消毒员具有上岗证,88%医院的手术器械在手术室清洗,12%医院的手术器械消毒灭菌由CSSD完成,使用外来器械的医院有18%由CSSD清洗灭菌,65所医院具备敷料打包间,15所有带光源放大镜,7所有全自动清洗机,59%的医院进行清洗质量检查,每周生物监测仅39所;通过培训,281名院领导获得医院管理培训合格证书,426人获得消毒员岗位证书,部分CSSD通过验收。结论贵州省CSSD管理滞后、流程不合理、设施设备不足、清洗不规范、监控不力;通过加强监管,取得初步成效。OBJECTIVE To investigate the management status of hospital central sterile supply department（CSSD）,to propose corrective measures for health administrative departments enhancing the management of CSSD.METHODS According to hospital CSSD industry standard,the survey was designed to investigate and the management status of CSSD of medical institutions at all levels of the province.Training and supervision was enhanced to improve the CSSD inspection work.RESULTS A total of 120 hospitals were investigated,including 7 centralized management of the hospital,49% members of disinfection had licenses,88% of hospital cleaned surgical instruments in the operating room,12% of the hospitals completed to sterilize surgical instruments by the CSSD,18% of hospitals cleaned and sterilized external devices by the CSSD,65 hospitals with alone dressing packaged room,15 hospitals with light magnifying glasses,7 hospitals with fully automatic washing machines,59% of hospitals cleaning quality inspection,only 39 hospitals biological monitored per week.Through training,281 leaders of hospitals accessed to hospital management training certificates,426 staff obtained certificates of disinfection position,part of the CSSD approved.CONCLUSION CSSD management in Guizhou lagged behind,presenting on the unreasonable process,inadequate facilities and equipment,non-standard cleaning equipment,and inadequate monitoring;it can make the initial achievement through strengthening the monitoring.
