网络信息系统在一次性使用无菌医疗用品中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨应用网络信息系统,提高一次性使用无菌医疗用品管理的效果。方法利用各种网络信息系统,对2010年4-11月进入医院的一次性使用无菌医疗用品资质的有效性进行审核。结果在审计的83个一次性使用无菌医疗用品中,进口产品61个,国产产品22个,其合格率分别为77.1%和63.6%;进口产品不合格原因主要为经营证不合格,而国产产品主要为注册证不合格。结论利用网络信息系统对提高一次性使用无菌医疗用品的管理水平、消除纸质资质审核中的不确定性、防止不合格产品进入医院具有非常重要的意义。OBJECTIVE To discuss the effect of disposable sterile medical products management through using the network information system.METHODS Towards the disposable sterile medical products entering into our hospital from Apr to Nov 2010,we used the network information systems to check the validity of their certifications.RESULTS We had checked 83 disposable sterile medical products,including 61 imported products and 22 localized products,and their percent of pass were 77.1% and 63.6% respectively.The disqualification reasons were mainly ascribed to deal certification for imported products and registration certification for localized products.CONCLUSION It′s highly significant to improve the disposable sterile medical products management,avoid the uncertainty to check the paper certifications and prevent the disqualified products entering into hospital by using network information system.
