医技人员医院感染预防与控制工作的现状及对策

摘　　要：目的了解医技科室工作人员对医院感染预防与控制工作的状况,分析存在问题,为今后预防与控制工作,提供科学依据。方法通过日常工作巡查及现场提问、考核等综合措施,找出医技科室人员在医院感染预防与控制工作中的薄弱环节。结果医技人员对预防与控制重要性认识不足,医院感染预防与控制知识严重缺乏,相关医院感染知识平均知晓率为28.80%;预防与控制医院感染规范执行平均占34.55%,未规范执行占54.97%,手卫生及个人防护、职业暴露后处理未执行占10.48%。结论医技人员对预防与控制医院感染知识严重缺乏,尤其是个人防护、手卫生依从性、无菌技术操作等方面,给医疗安全带来诸多的隐患;应提高医技人员对预防与控制医院感染知识,并提高预防与控制医院感染的工作能力,降低医院感染发病率。OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of preventing and controlling nosocomial infections work taken by medical staff and to analyze the existing problems and to provide scientific evidences for the prevention and control work in the future.METHODS The weak links of the staff in the medical and technique divisions at preventing and controlling nosocomial infections were found out by routine inspection（by moving around） and comprehensive measures such as questioning on the spot,observation and examination were adopted.RESULTS Because the medical personnel lacked of awareness of the importance of prevention and control of hospital infection and seriously lacked of knowledge of prevention and control of nosocomial infections,there were only 28.80% understanding the related prevention and control knowledge and 71.11% not understanding;There are 34.55% performing to the specifications of carrying out measures and 54.97% not performing to the specifications,while 10.48% not carrying out measures on the hand hygiene,individual protection,and occupational exposure.CONCLUSION There are insufficiencies on the knowledge of hospital infection control and low executive power.The medical personnel seriously lack of the knowledge of preventing and controlling of nosocomial infections especially on the personal protection,compliance to hand hygiene and aseptic technique manipulation and so on,which brings about more hidden dangers to the medical treatment safety;it should strengthen the knowledge of the medical personnel about preventing and controlling nosocomial infection,improve the work ability to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.
