摘　　要：目的利用电子病历(EMR)系统平台,对抗菌药物的使用进行科学有效管理。方法总结目前抗菌药物使用管理中存在的问题,探讨电子病历系统建设思路,提升抗菌药物使用的管理水平。结果发展EMR系统信息整合和智能化,监管抗菌药物使用医嘱;推进EMR系统智能化和数据库建设,实施现代化抗菌药物使用管理。结论 EMR系统的智能化建设是抗菌药物使用管理的有效平台,是提高抗菌药物使用管理水平的必然选择。OBJECTIVE To use electronic medical records system platform for the scientific and effective management of antibiotics usage.METHODS The current antimicrobial drug use management problems were summarized,the idea of electronic medical records system construction was explored,the use of antimicrobial agents to improve the management level was promoted.RESULTS The construction of EMR systems and databases had been promoted for a scientific management of antimicrobial drug use.CONCLUSION Intelligent EMR system is an effective antimicrobial drug use management platform,Is to improve antimicrobial drug use management of the inevitable choice.
