摘  要:目的:比较微波协助提取法与药典法提取欧前胡素优势。方法:采用Dikma Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(55∶45),检测波长300 nm,柱温30℃,流速1 mL.min-1。结果:微波提取时间10 min,提取温度80℃,提取溶剂乙醇。欧前胡素在0.01~0.2μg呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9)。平均回收率97.48%(n=6)。结论:微波提取法较药典法提取欧前胡素更简便快速、结果准确,为一种符合环保绿色理念的含量测定方法,可用于检测白芷药材中有效成分欧前胡素含量。Objective: To establish a microwave-assisted extraction method for the extraction of imperatorin from Angelica dahurica(Fisch.ex Hoffm.).Comparison of the determination of imperatorin from A.dahurica between microwave-assisted extraction and Chinese pharmacopeia method was carried out.Method: Dikma Diamonsil C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) was used.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(55∶45).The temperature of column was at 30 ℃.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was at 300 nm.Result: Microwave extractive time was 10 min,the temperature was at 80 ℃,the extraction solvent was ethanol.The calibration curve was linear in the range from 0.01 to 0.2 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 97.48%(n=6).Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid,as well as precise and reliable,and can be used for the determination of imperatorin from A.dahurica.
