摘  要:目的:基于代谢组学理论,探讨黄连-栀子药对干预2,4-二硝基苯酚致热病证候模型中生物标记物的变化规律。方法:运用UPLC-MS技术手段,利用主成分分析(PCA)和偏最小二乘-判别分析法(PLS-DA)数据解析方法,确定黄连-栀子药对对2,4-二硝基苯酚致热病证候模型大鼠尿液中生物标记物的影响。结果:初步确定2,4-二硝基苯酚致热病证候模型97个生物标志物,其中药对对31个生物标记物具有明显干预作用。结论:应用代谢组学方法,初步说明黄连-栀子药对对热病证候具有治疗作用。Objective:To explore the the effect of 'Coptis chinensis Gardenia jasminoides' on the fever syndrome model induced by 2,4-dinitrophenol based on metabonomics.Method:The metabolites in rats urine of 2,4-dinitrophenol-induced fever syndrome model were determined by UPLC-MS and then analyzed by Principle Component Analysis(PCA) and Partial Least Squares discrimination analysis(PLS-DA).Result:Ninty-seven biomarkers on the fever syndrome model induced by 2,4-dinitrophenol were found,and the herbal compatibility have effect on 31 biomarkers of them.Conclusion: The result indicated that the effect on fever syndrome model induced by 2,4-dinitrophenol is related to metabonomics.
