摘  要:千足黄金首饰的硬化工艺是目前国内首饰行业关注的一个热点问题。根据金属材料硬化机理,结合黄金首饰不同生产工艺流程,提出了千足黄金首饰的硬化工艺为冶金法、渗氮法、纳米粉末法和电铸法,并对冶金法和渗氮法进行了探索性实验。实验结果表明,目前冶金法可实现千足黄金强度增大到维氏硬度85 kg/mm2,渗氮法可增加到维氏硬度58 kg/mm2。纳米粉末法是通过粉末冶金烧结纳米金得到微晶千足黄金,提高了其强度,并可应用在首饰油压工艺中。电铸法硬化工艺已在首饰行业应用,但需进一步探讨硬化机理,以期对现有硬化工艺进行优化和标准化。The strengthening technology of 99.99 % pure gold is deeply concerned by domestic jewelry industry at present.Based on the strengthening mechanism of the metal materials and combining the different technology producing processes of gold jewelry,this paper puts forward the possible strengthening technology methods such as metallurgy,nitriding,nanometer powder and electrocasting,and it also makes an exploratory experiment on metallurgy and nitriding.The experiment result shows that the metallurgy method can increase the strength of 99.99 % pure gold to Vickers-hardness 85 kg/mm2 and nitriding method can increase the strength to Vickers-hardness 58 kg/mm2;nanometer powder method can be tried in the oil pressure technology of producing gold;the electrocasting method has been applied in the jewelry industry,but its strengthening mechanism still needs to be studied so as to make the electrocasting technology optimized and standardized.
