摘　　要：文章以洗碗机内胆为例对现用材料(不锈钢)和几种潜在的替代材料(ABS、PP、PC)进行比较,以便选择出绿色性能更好的内胆材料。与传统材料选择过程不同,除了考虑材料诸多传统性能外,还考虑了材料的热损失和环境性能,从而能够更加全面地反映出材料的综合性能,因而得到的材料选择结果更加经济、合理与环保。Dishwasher tub is used as an example in this paper to make comparison between stainless steel and three potential materials--ABS, PP and PC, aiming at choosing the best material for dish- washer tub according to the green performance. Besides several traditional criteria, the green perform- ance such as thermal loss and environmental impact is also taken into account in the evaluation of the comprehensive performance of these materials, which ensures the result of material selection is more economical, reasonable and environment-friendly.
