拓扑指数与掺杂铁基砷化物超导电性的关系

摘  要:构建了电性连接线指数mF和价电子能级连接性指数mE;计算了掺杂铁基砷化物体系的0级拓扑指数0F和0E;发现与超导转变温度Tc之间有良好的规律性。据此,文中提出以电性连接性指数mF和价电子能级连接性指数mE作为掺杂铁基砷化物体系超导电性的判据。The electronegativity index ^m F and the valence electron energy level binding ^mE were build up. The zero topologital indexes ^0F and ^0E of doping rare - earth iron oxyarsenides were calculated. The correlation between topological indexes ^mF and ^mE and the superconductivity of doping rare -earth iron oxyarsenides was rerearched in this paper. It was found that the to pological indexes ^mF anti ^mE have a good regulation with the superconducting transition temperature Tc. At the same time we found that the topologital index ^0F was ranged at 9. 1414 to 9. 5834, ^m0E was ranged at 1. 9978 to 2. 0612, high - transition temperature of the material corresponds to the best 9.3443 and 1. 9995, respectively. Therefore, its suggested that the topological indexes mF and ^mE can be used as a new good criterion for the experiment enhancing of superconductivity of the doping Iron - based Oxyaresenides.
