摘  要:对直接膨胀供液制冷系统的传热性能进行了理论分析,建立了相应的数学模型。在保温体内对-5℃、0℃、5℃、10℃、15℃、20℃的工况进行了实验。分别测得制冷系统的压力、风量、制冷量、及功耗等技术参数,得到在环境温度一定的情况下的传热系数和制冷量的变化关系。并对蒸发器内制冷剂流动状态进行观察。实验表明:直接膨胀供液制冷系统中,制冷剂先后经历了波状流、较剧烈的波状流、不对称环状流和对称环状流等四个过程。The heat transmission performance of the evaporator in reeirculation was analyzed and the corresponding mathe- matical model was established in the paper. Through determining the parameters of temperature, pressure, air volume and waste work under different operating mode in the enthalpy difference laboratory to -5℃ ,0℃ ,5℃, 10℃, 15℃ ,20℃, the changing rules of the evaporating temperature, and the refrigerating capacity of the systems in certain outdoor dry bulb temperatures of the refrigeration systems with supply liquid refrigerant for the evaporator by gravity and direct expansion were obtained. And the state flowing of refrigerant in evaporator was observed. The experiment indicates that in the refrigeration system of direct expansion, the refrigerant has underwent undulating flowing, more severe undulating flowing, unsymmetrical annular flowing and symmetrical annular flowing.
