摘　　要：韩国新村运动的宝贵经验正在发展中国家被如火如荼的推广中。它之所以可以克服"时空"的限制并具有了在世界范围内普及推广的合理性的主要原因就在于在运动展开过程中遵循了社区开发的基本理念并保持了社区开发的基本特征。诸多发展中国家只有在深入研讨社区开发的理论基础上,结合本国国情并参照新村运动的经验,才有可能创造出一个属于自己国家的新式发展模式。The successful experience of Saemaul Undong has beening promoted in full swing among developing countries.The main reasons,why it can overcome the space-time limit and be of the rationality to popnlarize worldwide,is that it complied with basic conception of community development and retained its basic features during the campaign praess.If the developing countries can refer to the saemaul undong experience and combine national conditions on the theory basis of in-depth study of community development,they will be possible to creat the new saemaul mode of their own.
