摘 要:鉴于小浪底水库位于控制黄河水沙的关键部位,基于1999~2008年原型观测资料,初步分析了小浪底水库拦沙运用初期水沙调控效果。结果表明,出库水沙搭配明显改善,绝大多数中粗颗粒泥沙被拦在库内,出库泥沙较细;在入库水量和沙量均大幅减少情况下,水库淤积速率缓于预期。黄河下游河道持续冲刷,冲刷主要集中于高村以上,冲刷强度具有沿程减弱的趋势;下游主槽河床质明显粗化,断面形态趋于窄深;平滩流量不断恢复,主槽行洪排沙能力显著提高;库区和下游河道持续减淤效果良好。Xiaolangdi Reservoir is located at the critical section of the Yellow River to control the flow and sediment. According to the observation data from 1 999 to 2008, water-sediment regulation effect at initial stage of sediment retaining operation for Xiaolangdi reservoir is analyzed. The results show that the released flow and sediment combination is improved distinctively; most of medium and coarse sized sands are retained in the reservoir and the released sediment is relatively fine; Under the conditions that both the inflow and sediment magnificently reduce, the process of sedimentation in the reservoir is slower than that as expected; the downstream of Yellow River is scoured continuously, which mainly concentrates on the upstream section of Gaocun; meanwhile the scouring strength is shown the trend of weakening along the river channel; the riverbed material in the downstream main channel becomes coarser obviously. ; the section configurations are tended to be shallower and deeper; the shallow beach discharge is regained gradually; the flood and sediment releasing capacity of main channel is enhanced rernarkably; the effect of continuous sedimentation reduction in Xiaolangdi reservoir and lower reaches of river channel is good.
