摘  要:西霞院水电站假同期试验过程中发现机组测频由残压测频切换为齿盘测频时,机组导叶短时内全开且过速,为此分析了残压测频和齿盘测频的工作原理,分析了过速原因并通过试验予以验证,并提出了改进措施,改造后避免了机组过速的再次发生。Guide vane of hydroelectric sets is short duration full opening when the residual voltage measuring frequency switches to fluted disc frequency measurement during false synchronism test for Xixiayuan hydropower station. There-fore, operational principle of residual voltage and fluted disc measuring frequency is analyzed and it deduces the causes of overspeed, which is verified with experiments. Finally, the improved measures are proposed to avoid overspeed of hydro-electric sets.
