摘　　要：针对西霞院反调节电站水轮发电机调速器系统压油装置运行中存在的动力电源单一、启动电流大、压力油罐压力控制不精准等问题,通过采取改造油泵动力电源进线、加装油泵软启动器改善启动电流、重要开关量信号送入调速器PLC进行自诊断及实时监控等措施,消除了调速器压油装置的隐患,为电站机组的安全稳定运行提供了保障。The pressure oil device of governor system for Xixiayuan counter regulation hydropower station has some problems, which include single power supply, high starting current, inaccurate control of tank pressure. These problems are solved by taking measures, such as improving input line of power supply, installing soft starter for oil pump, transferring important switching variable to governor PLC for auto-diagnosis and real-time monitoring. Therefore, it removes hidden dangers of governor pressure oil device, which ensures safe and stable operation of the generators.
