摘 要:以小浪底电站为例,针对偏心铰弧门顶止水装置存在的局限性,通过分析国内电站应用实例,提出了利用内外弧固定间隙止水、设置拉伸弹簧和双向行程限位减压保护的新型止水装置。应用结果表明,该新型止水装置结构简单、运行稳定可靠、基本无需维护与检修,且转铰行程可调整,确保了闸门安全运行,为高水头闸门设计提供了依据。The top sealing device of eCcentric-hinge tainter gate has some limitations and problems. Takihg Xiaolangdi Hydropower Station for an example, this paper proposes a new sealing device with analysis of application case. This de vice makes use of inside and outside arcs to fix gaps to seal and sets tension springs and limitation of two-way travel to reduce pressure and protection. The application results show that the device has many advantages, such as simple structure, steady operation, slight need for maintenance and overhaul and adjustment of the route of rotary hinge. Therefore, it ensures safety operation of gate and provides basis for design of high head gate.
