十大国际都市文化软实力评析

摘　　要：文化软实力是城市综合实力的核心部分,也是城市可持续发展的动力。从文化基础力、文化保障力、文化生产力、文化传播力、文化吸引力和文化创新力六个方面,设计了包含15个二级指标、33个三级指标的城市文化软实力评价指标体系,并运用AHP层次分析法对北京、上海、纽约、巴黎、伦敦、东京、香港、新加坡、台北、悉尼十大国际都市的文化软实力进行了量化测评。测评结果表明,各城市的文化软实力水平差距显著。Regional cultural soft power is an inexhaustible motive force for the core strength of regional integrated and sustainable development.Basing on the six aspects which are cultural basement,cultural support capacity,cultural productivity,cultural communication,cultural attraction and cultural creativity,this article designs the evaluation index system including 15 second level index and 33 third level items and uses the AHP method analizing the evaluation of ten international metropolises cultural soft power,that is,Beijing,Shanghai,New York,Paris,London,Tokyo,Hong Kong,Singapore,Taipei and Sydney.The results show that the cultural soft power is significantly different amang cities.
