摘 要:选用PPG2000、MDI-50等为主要原料,羧基含量控制在1.8%,合成出一系列不同R(-NCO/-OH物质的量比)值的MDI型水性聚氨酯乳液,考察了不同R值对MDI型乳液的外观、黏度、粒径、树脂的力学性能的影响。然后将聚氨酯乳液与颜料膏、填料、流平剂等助剂复合,用于合成革的后整理,考察了不同R值的MDI型聚氨酯树脂对涂层离板性、耐切割性、保型定型性和低温曲挠性等的影响。结果显示:当R值为1.3~1.4时,MDI型水性聚氨酯涂饰剂具有较好的应用效果,有望取代溶剂型PU用于合成革的后整理。A series of waterborne polyurethanes with COOH content at 1.8% were synthesized from PPG2000 as soft segment and MDI-50 as hard segment,and the effects of R value(molar ratio of NCO/OH) on the appearance,viscosity,size of emulsion and mechanical properties of film were investigated respectively.Furthermore,plating release,anti-cutting performance,embossing/shaping performance and flexibility of synthetic leather coating made of these waterborne polyurethanes were also evaluated.The experimental results indicated that when the R value was approximately 1.3-1.4,the MDI-based waterborne polyurethanes synthesized in this study exhibited good comprehensive properties,which promised potential application in synthetic leather finishing.
