摘 要:运用快速安全的微波消解法处理皮革样品,然后采用阳极溶出伏安极谱法对皮革样品中的铅含量进行了测定。在草酸铵-氯化铵-盐酸缓冲溶液(pH为1.65)中加入样品溶液,富集时间为60 s,氮气脱氧时间为300 s,其测定的线性范围为:0.2~100μg/L,检测限为0.1μg/L,测得皮革铅中含量为0.979 mg/kg,相对标准偏差(n=8)为8.30%,回收率在94.3%~111.9%之间,说明伏安极谱法测定铅含量的方法操作简便、准确可行。Microwave digestion method was used in sample preparation for its fast digestion and safe operation.And then an anodic stripping voltammetric method has been developed for determination of lead content in leather.The sample solution mixed with ammonium oxalate-hydrochloric acid-ammonium chloride buffer solution(pH=1.65) was purged with oxygen free nitrogen gas for 300 s before deposition of the metals was carried out by hanging mercury drop electrode(HMDE) for 60s.Limit of detection of this method was 0.1μg/L.Lead content in leather sample determined was 0.979 mg/kg.Relative standard deviations for 8 replicate determinations of 5 μg/L lead standard solution and leather sample were 8.30% respectively.Recovery percentage was in the range of 94.3%~111.9%.The proposed method is simple,convenient and sensitive with good linearity,feasibility and reliability.
