摘  要:锂离子电池凭借其性能优点在各方面都得到了大量应用,但其在应用过程中的发热问题是一个必须注意的问题,它不仅影响锂离子电池的性能,也产生安全问题。基于此,在二维分析的基础上用有限元软件ANSYS对ICR65/400型锂离子电池进行了温度场的三维分析,并对两者的分析结果进了比较,结果表明三维分析要比二维分析准确。最后具体分析了不同对流换热系数对电池温度场的影响。Li-ion batteries have wide applications in a lot of field because of its advantage, but its exothermic question is a problem that must be cared. It can not only influence the performance of Li-ion batteries, but also bring safety problems. So in this paper Li-ion Batteries' (ICR65/400) three-dimensional temperature field was analyzed using ANSYS based on the two-dimension analysis, and then both results were compared. The compared result proves that the three-dimensional analysis is more accurate than the two-dimension analysis. The different convection coefficients influence on the batteries' temperature field was analyzed at last.
