摘 要:以C8051F340单片机为控制核心,设计全桥斩波逆变电路、LC滤波电路、工频升压变压器、过零比较电路和交直流电压电流检测等电路构成光伏并网模拟发电装置的硬件部分。利用单片机片内PWM、定时器输入捕获、外部中断等资源,采用同频同相、过流欠压保护等算法实现电压、电流、相位等参数的闭环控制,且装置发生故障排除后能自动投入运行。测试表明,系统方案合理可行,性能良好。Based on C8051F340 MCU, a simulated device of photovoltaic power generator was designed, including the full-bridge chopper inverter circuit, LC filter circuit, frequency step-up transformer, the zero voltage comparison circuit, and AC and DC current detection circuit. Using the PWM, input capture timer, external interrupt and other inner resources of microcontroller chip and the algorithm of frequency and phase tracking, over-current voltage protection were adopted to achieve the closed-loop control for voltage, current, phase and other parameters. The device could automatically run after the breakdown was excluded. The test results show that the system design is reasonable.
