摘 要:提出了一种数字化三相双向DC/DC变换器的设计。该变换器适用于中、大功率场合,采用移相控制,具有隔离和大变比的特点,可实现大功率和高效率。在简要介绍变换器工作原理的基础上,重点介绍了监控系统串口/USB通信接口、CAN总线通信接口、Internet/局域网通信接口的设计,并介绍了监控规则、DSP软件框架和上位机监控软件的设计。实验结果显示该变换器拓扑能够通过移相控制功率,且可以通过多种通讯接口与不同监控端双向通信。The design of a digital three-phase bidirectional DC-DC converter was proposed in this paper. The converter was applied in medium and high power applications with the features of isolation, large ratio, large power capability and high efficiency. Based on simple analysis of the topology principle, the design of different communication interface of the supervision system was focused, including serial portJUSB port interface, CAN bus interface, Internet/Ethernet interface. The rules of supervision and control, structure of DSP program, and the design of the PC host program was also introduced. The experimental results prove that such a topology can realize the phase-shift control, and be controlled by different supervision terminals via various communication interfaces.
