超激光结合醒脑开窍针刺法治疗颈性眩晕

摘　　要：目的:观察超激光结合醒脑开窍针刺法治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将患者87例随机分为2组,治疗组45例,采用超激光结合醒脑开窍针刺法治疗颈性眩晕:对照组42例,单纯采用醒脑开窍针刺法治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为91.1%;对照组有效率为73.8%。两组比较差异显著(p<0.05)。结论:超激光结合醒脑开窍针刺法治疗颈性眩晕可明显提高疗效。Objectives： To asscss the mechanism and therapeutic effect of super- laser combined with ＂clear headed＂ acupuncture on cervical vertigo. Methods： Eighty-seven cased of cervical vertigo were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with super-laser and ＂clear headed＂ acupuncture. And the control goup was treated with ＂clear headed＂ acupuncture. The result indicates that the former group has an efficiency rate of 91.1% compared with 73.8% of the latter. There proves a great difference between these two groups （p 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： This research concludes that super-laser and ＂clear headed＂ acupuncture treatment for can increase the treatment efficiency considerably.
