哮喘患儿干粉吸入疗法技术水平及其与哮喘控制情况的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:了解哮喘患儿干粉吸入疗法技术水平,并探讨其与疾病控制情况的相关性。方法:用自制的哮喘干粉吸入疗法技术知识题及儿童哮喘控制测试(C-ACT)题对236例哮喘患儿进行调查。结果:①患儿干粉吸入疗法技术平均得分为2.06±1.03分,总体水平偏低o②干粉吸入技术水平高的患者组C-ACT平均得分为23.87±1.82分,水平低的患者组得分为16.51±1.44分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:哮喘患儿的干粉吸入疗法技术水平偏低,正确使用干粉吸入技术,能显著增强药物疗效,提高哮喘控制情况,建议在今后的工作中,医务工作者应加强对患儿进行科学、有效的干粉吸入技术指导及相关健康宣教。Objective： To understand dry powder inhaler treatment technology level in children with asthma, and to explore the correlation with the disease control status. Methods： Totally 236 asthma children were investigated by the self-designed dry powder inhalation therapy technical knowledge questionnaire and children＇ s asthma control quality test （ C - ACT）. Results： ① The overall average score of dry powder inhalation technique investigated was 2.06 ± 1.03 , which was low. ②Patients with high score of dry powder inhaler technique got an C- ACT average score 23.87 ± 1.82, which is significantly higher than that in patients with low score levels of dry powder inhaler technique（23.87 ± 1.82 vs. 16.51 ± 1.44s, p 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Asthmatic children＇ s dry powder inhalation therapy skill level was generally in a low rank. Proper dry powder inhalation technology can enhance the drug efficacy and improve anti - asthma effects significantly. It is recommended to strengthen scientific and effective dry powder inhaler technical guidance and related health education for medical workers in the future.
