摘　　要：通过查阅文献,从课程设置与教材选择、实践能力培养、师资队伍及考核评价体系方面,分析对比国内外专业型护理硕士研究生培养特点,对我国专业型护理硕士研究生培养提出建议,加快完善护理研究生培养工作。The study is to analyse and compare culturing features of master of nursing specilist abroad and home posterior to reviewing literature in the aspects of curriculum designing, teaching material selection, practical competence forstering, teaching faculty allocation and evaluation system. Present proppsals for domestic master culturing of nursing specialist, aiming to accelerate the improving process of master culturing of nursing.
