摘  要:广东肇庆某电镀工业园原有废水处理工艺难以使出水COD达到排放标准,且存在加药量大、运行费用较高的问题。采用分流/物化沉淀/曝气生物滤池生化处理新工艺对原工艺进行升级改造,使出水水质稳定达到《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB 21900-2008)表2的要求,同时发现曝气生物滤池对氰化物具有良好的去除效果。新工艺运行费用为5.8元/m^3,低于改造前的运行费用。实践证明,新工艺运行稳定可靠、可操作性强、运行费用低,具有良好的经济效益与环境效益,值得推广。The original wastewater treatment process of an electroplating industrial park in Zhaoqing, Guangdong was hard to make the effluent COD meet the discharge standard. The chemical dosage was large and the operation cost was high. After the technical reconstruction of the original process by using flow separation, sedimentation and biological aerated filter (BAF) processes, the effluent quality meets the table 2 requirements specified in Emission Standard of Pollutants for Electroplating (GB 21900 - 2008). The BAF has a good removal effect of cyanide. The operation cost of new process is 5.8 yuan/ m3 , less than that before the reconstruction. The practical operation of this project proves that the new process is stable, operable with low operation cost. It has great economic and environmental benefits, and is worthy of promotion.
